Problems with sent mail being returned by Spam Blockers.

NOT ALL domains are affected by this. If you want to know if your domain is affected, please contact us.

This is a temporary problem that is outside of our control and can occur when a rogue domain or website uses facilities in the datacentre where are servers are stored. Once identified by the server technicians, these rogue domains are removed but it can take some time for email facilities to return to normal.

If it is causing issue that require an urgent resolution, there is a "workaround" that may be of assistance.

First of all, log in to your Gmail account. (If you don't have a Gmail account yet (we strongly recommend that all businesses should have a "backup" Gmail account), go to www.gmail.com and create a new account.

Once logged in, follow the instructions for adding other email accounts. These can be viewed here http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=21289

You can now view and send email from your own domain using Gmail's mail servers.

If you need any help, further information or you want us to set this up for you, please contact us.
